Our work in these sectors often involves technically complex contracts, long-term supply arrangements, and high-value commercial claims.
We also possess extensive experience in international arbitration, including matters involving bilateral investment treaties, where disputes raise issues of state action, regulatory measures, and treaty protections. Alongside arbitral proceedings, we routinely appear before Indian courts in arbitration-related litigation, including interim measures, jurisdictional challenges, and enforcement actions.
