Sukanya Joshi
A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (Batch of 2020), Sukanya possesses a keen interest in criminal and commercial law. She has represented clients before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts of Delhi, Ld. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal.
Sukanya has considerable experience in matters pertaining to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, among others.
She joined the office in April 2024 and has ably assisted in several briefings and court proceedings. She is currently empanelled as an Assistant Editor with the 'e-DHCR Project' launched by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
