Samridhi

A graduate of Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, Samridhi joined the Chambers in September 2022 and has since represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts, Ld. NCDRC, and various Ld. Tribunals.

During her time at the Faculty of Law, she served as an editor at the Delhi Law Review (Student Edition) (Vol. VII & VIII) and as a part of the first Student Editorial Board at Delhi Law Review (Vol. XXXV).

Highlight

Samridhi played an extensive role in researching and assisting in matters pertaining to the constitutional challenge to the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act 2021 and Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act 2021. She also participated in proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, Appeals under the Income Tax Act 1961, Applications and Appeals under the Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016, proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996, as well as proceedings under labour law, contract, and commercial laws.
