Our Team

A graduate of Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, Samridhi joined the Chambers in September 2022 and has since represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts, Ld. NCDRC, and various Ld. Tribunals.

During her time at the Faculty of Law, she served as an editor at the Delhi Law Review (Student Edition) (Vol. VII & VIII) and as a part of the first Student Editorial Board at Delhi Law Review (Vol. XXXV).

Highlight

Samridhi played an extensive role in researching and assisting in matters pertaining to the constitutional challenge to the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act 2021 and Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act 2021. She also participated in proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, Appeals under the Income Tax Act 1961, Applications and Appeals under the Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016, proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996, as well as proceedings under labour law, contract, and commercial laws.

A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (Batch of 2020), Sukanya possesses a keen interest in criminal and commercial law. She has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts of Delhi, Ld. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal.

Sukanya has considerable experience in matters pertaining to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, among others.

She joined the office in April 2024 and has ably assisted in several briefings and court proceedings. She is currently empanelled as an Assistant Editor with the ‘e-DHCR Project’ launched by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Chhavi Tokas is an Advocate with a diverse practice encompassing Intellectual Property Rights, criminal law, commercial law, and civil litigation. She is a graduate from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).

She has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, and various District Courts in Delhi, and regularly advises and appears in matters involving complex legal and procedural issues.

Outside her professional commitments, she enjoys travelling and playing tennis.

Prithviraj graduated from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2022. As a Law Researcher in the Supreme Court, he gained significant exposure to constitutional adjudication and appellate litigation.

He has three years of litigation experience and has handled end-to-end litigation before the High Courts and Tribunals of Meghalaya, Gauhati, and Calcutta, with substantial work in direct tax matters. Thereafter, he has had significant exposure to constitutional, regulatory, commercial, and arbitration disputes before the Delhi High Court with regular appearance on the writ and original sides.

Saahil is a graduate of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He has a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration and has been practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, and various tribunals.

Outside of law, he is an avid reader interested in subjects of history, politics, economics, and international affairs.

Shreyansh joined the chambers in July 2023 and is a graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. Prior to joining, Shreyansh had interned at the chambers, displaying exceptional performance in research and drafting work.

He has a keen interest in corporate restructuring and insolvency, white-collar crimes, arbitration, and real estate laws.

Graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2020, Somya regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Ld. NCLAT and other forums in a wide range of matters spanning from criminal to commercial law. Somya specialises in white collar crimes, insolvency law and criminal law. She has worked in a wide variety of matters with special focus on issues pertaining to PMLA and IBC. Outside work, she loves to travel, explore different cultures and ethnicites and hone on her culinary skills.
